Injury Assessment, Rehabilitation & Sports Massage in Ely.

Hi, I'm Matt, BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy.

As a Sports & Musculoskeletal (MSK) Therapist, I work with people of all ages and activity levels — not just athletes. My role is to assess, treat, and rehabilitate injuries affecting muscles, joints, ligaments, and tendons. Whether you’re recovering from a sports injury, managing everyday aches and pains, or looking to move and perform better, I’m here to help you get back to feeling your best.My message is quite simple- I am focused on outcomes. Every person I work with has a goal. It might be adding 20 yards to your drive, shaving seconds off your 5K, or simply sitting at your desk without that nagging back pain.
My aim? To understand what matters most to you — and make it happen.
I’m not just treating injuries; I’m building outcomes.

About Me
Matthew Griib

After graduating University in 2022, I gained valuable experience working in a physiotherapy clinic, where I developed my skills in injury assessment, rehabilitation, and hands-on treatment. In November 2025, I took the exciting step of becoming self-employed and launched MG Sports & MSK Therapy. This has allowed me to provide a more personalised approach to treatment, helping clients recover from injury, improve performance, and stay active doing the things they love.I’m a proud member of the Sports Therapy Association (STA) and an associate member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP), ensuring my practice follows the highest professional standards. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll usually find me on the golf course, playing football, in the gym or out for a run. Staying active is a big part of who I am, and it helps me understand the importance of keeping people moving and pain-free.
